Happy Tuesday!
I made the panel on today's card using the Layered Stars and Stripes Quilt stencil set from A Colorful Life Designs. I used it last week for a 4th of July card, but this set isn't just for patriotic cards.
I was in a rainbow mood when I made this one and I love how it turned out. The sentiment is retired from Concord and 9th, but it is still one of my favorites.
