The other day I discovered a technique on YouTube that I fell for instantly. It uses color bursts and layered stamps. I had to give it a try.
But first, let me link you to the talented Maureen Wong who always comes up with the best ideas! Here is the video I watched on YouTube.
Basically you sprinkle the powder onto the first layering stamp, spritz it with water and stamp it using the MISTI. When it is dry, you use the MISTI to stamp the detail layering stamp. Brilliant! But be sure to watch her video because she shows exactly what to do!
I had so much fun making this card that I made another similar one which I will show you tomorrow.
