Gina K. Designs September 2019 Card Kit and Illustrator Blog Hop - Day 1


Happy Wednesday!

Welcome! You have probably arrived here from Cathy Tidwell's beautiful blog. It's the very first day of our September Release Blog Hop. My first card to share with you is called Majestic Peony and is illustrated by Hannah Drapinsky who is such a talented artist. I used silver embossing powder on black card stock for a dramatic effect for this card. I love the sentiment, 'Find the Blessing in Everything'.




My second card is from the Happy Fall stamp set illustrated by Emily Loggans, also a very talented artist.


I wanted this sign to have a very weathered look to it, so I just swiped two different colors across the stamp and pressed down fairly firmly. I also used the ombre technique for the sentiment.
