Hello Thursday Friends!
Today I am sharing my card over at the Ellen Hutson August Essentials Challenge. Instead of her usual color inspiration challenge, this time we are to share projects using alcohol inks.
I've gone on record before about not getting messy. And I stand by that. But I have seen so many fun backgrounds made with alcohol inks, I decided to give it my best shot. I managed to make two backgrounds using similar colors. I used part of one background to cut out my J O Y letters which I popped up using craft foam. I love how they look on my card. I really wanted to dress up my card, so I inlaid gold glitter and gold mirror paper foliage onto a white background. From there I just kept adding more and more sparkle until I just couldn't add any more!
This challenge doesn't end until September 18th, so you still have some time to play along. To be eligible, you must use alcohol inks in your project. Then you can link up your creation using the inlinkz button on this challenge post.

Have a great day and I'll see you again tomorrow.
