I decided to make a second card for this month's Where Creativity Meets C9
challenge. The theme is ANYTHING GOES. These challenges are hard to resist!
I just love the Concord and 9th Semi Circle Turnabout stamp set. Even though summer is coming to an end, I wanted to make a nautical themed card. So I went for the red, white and blue!
