Gina K. Designs August Release Blog Hop - Day 2


Welcome Friday Friends!

We have moved forward to day two of our August Release Blog Hop.  Thank you for coming back to visit us!

The first set I want to show you is the one everyone has been waiting for.  It is the Holiday Wreath Builder stamp set.  And boy is it ever perfect for winter time wreaths!
 

I thought it would be fun to use colors that remind me of the late 50s and early 60s.  This is how I put that idea to work and I am wondering if I should have added in a bit more of the turquoise!



Next up is our incentive stamp set which is called Skeleton Leaves.  I'm not certain, but I think this is the best incentive set Gina has ever offered!  Even as I am typing this, I want to jump up and stamp some leaves.  I mean RIGHT NOW!!!


Here is the card I fashioned using this set.  I just can't get enough of those skeleton leaves!

    I thought I had ordered the set with your watercolor stripes but was mistaken. But it is on my list. I wasn't sure I needed it at first but the watercolor stripes sold me.

    Love both cards Susie! I love the wreath builder using 50's-60's colors. I think you have enough turquoise in there to show up. I love how you did the card with Skeleton Leaves, too.

    If you want more turquoise you could maybe swap the snowflakes color with the berries. I like it like it is. Why mess with perfection. And for the leaf card, I love seeing the colors through the skeleton leaves.
