Sending Sunshine - PaperTrey Ink Blog Hop

This month's PTI challenge is based on a photo posted on the blog as well as some sketches.  I chose one of the sketches and I've shown it below.  My card is rather loosely based on this sketch, but I hope it still qualifies.. .
