I Really Miss You

Here is another card I made using the fantastic new dies from Die-Namites. This one is called the Heart Branch.  Isn't it sweet?

I die cut a piece of double sided adhesive that I had adhered to a thin piece of card stock.  I then ran my die cut through my Xyron so it would be ready to adhere to my card.

I removed the protective layer of the adhesive and sprinkled on some ultra fine glitter which bonded perfectly to the strong adhesive on the top of the die cut branch.  I used Copic markers to color the glitter with brown for the stem and red for the hearts.  I did add some red Stickles to the hearts for some extra pizazz.

My final step was to add the glittery branch and an embossed sentiment to my card.  Easy peasy!   

Later this week, I plan to make another card using this technique.  But this time I am going to take some pictures so I can show you all the steps to achieve this look.
