Sweet on You

Happy Tuesday!

Here we are again with another new challenge from Designed To Color.

We are using stamps from Simply Betty with the following recipe:

1 colored image
2 patterned papers
Choice of stars or stripes
A dash of red or blue
A smidge of something sparkly

I used Cupcake Marie for my image and colored her in with Copic markers.  I couldn't resist giving her a shirt of stars, so I paper pieced her shirt and headband.
