Happy Mother's Day (what????)

Happy Saturday!

Yes, I know Mother's Day is long gone.  But I forgot to share this one with you.  So just look beyond the sentiment if you can.

What a simple card!  I just layered three strips of paper along the bottom of a sheet of white wood grain paper cut to a standard card size and then embossed the sentiment with black embossing powder.

I added a few enamel dots and that was it.  Oh - except on the inside I added one more strip of paper at the bottom.

Even though this is a simple design, it is a really graphic, yet pretty card.  Simple AND lovely.  A good combo!!
