Happy Tuesday!
I just had to share this fun technique with you today.
But first I want to announce my winner from our Cupcake Inspirations 200th Challenge. You can see that post right here. The winner is Rhonda Miller. Rhonda, I will be emailing you today!
Back to my card.... Can you tell that the panel on the card front is covered in fine white glitter? The glitter is so fine that it can be colored over with Copic markers. Isn't that cool? You can find out about this glitter right here here at the Elizabeth Craft website.
I cut my lamp image from vinyl using my Silhouette Cameo and adhered it to a piece of cardstock covered in double sided tape. Because I removed the top layer, it revealed a super sticky surface that I was able to cover in glitter.
Once all the excess glitter was brushed away, I colored in the lampshade using a few shades of Copic markers. Can I just say I love this technique?
Then I die cut a banner and added a saying to it. The sentiment is from PaperTrey Ink.
So that's what I have for you today. I hope you have a bright and wonderful day!
See you tomorrow.
Susie
