Texas Our Texas....

Welcome Friday friends!

Today's project is a banner I created for our littlest grandson Caleb who is three.  Caleb is learning his states and of course when he gets to Texas, he shouts it right out.  Born and bred in Texas that boy is!

The chipboard and the metal stars are all from Maya Road.  This pennant shape is one of my current favorites.  To make the banner I just kept layering each section until I thought it looked good.  I know I could have added more, but I decided that done and not fancy would  be better than never done at all.

Caleb likes his banner.  When I gave it to him, he touched each letter and then said TEXAS in his best and loudest voice.  Gotta love that little boy!
