Happy Monday!
I had the most magnificent weekend with some of my best scrapbooking buddies. We spent from Thurs-Sun at a retreat at Stolen Moments Inn. The time I get to spend with these friends is totally priceless to me.
I worked mostly on coloring and cards while we watched movies and ate and ate and...well you get the idea. It was just a wonderful time with my friends.
So here is one of the cards I made this weekend. I wanted to hurry and enter it in this week's MFT Stamps sketch challenge.
The only die I used was for my focal image. It is a Spellbinders rectangle die. All of the other My Mind's Eye papers I just cut to mimic the sketch.
I will be back tomorrow with another fun card for you. I also have a little secret I am keeping to myself, but I should be able to share it with you later this week.
'Til then,
Susie
Love this card. It made me smile and recall the Andrew Sisters with their "Boogie Bugle boy" song. Such a sweet image for a servicewoman. Love the use of all the different papers in the background.
