It's The Little Things - Make it Monday Challenge

Happy Wednesday!

My little project today is one I did for the Make It Monday Challenge at PaperTrey Ink.

The challenge was to make flowers using any die except a flower die.  I used two leaf dies to cut 8 petals each from crinoline.  Do you know what that is?  It's a moderately stiff fabric used to make petticoats.  After the flower was assembled, I used a light pink distress ink on the petals.  I wanted to give it a little bit of vintage flair.

I used the same dies to create the green felt leaves.
