I have actually shown you this card before, but I am posting again because I was selected as a guest designer for the Antiquated stamp collection at Pink Persimmon.
In addition to this card, on Monday I'll show you a bookmark/tag I made using this wonderful line. As you know, Lisa Pace is the designer of these stamps and they are as terrific as she is.

To make this card, I stamped the corset and then cut it out. I wanted it to be dimensional, so I popped it up with dimensional squares. Then I stamped the image again on leftovers from the background and cut out the little angel image and popped her back on top.
I turned the paper over and found a pattern that would still accept some ink, so I stamped the word Corsets on it and then popped it up too.
The flowers are cut from Tim Holtz Glassine Paper that I crumpled and distressed and then sprayed with water. It makes the coolest texture. I used a die from MFT Stamps to cut the flowers. And guess what I used to stamp on them? Yup...that corset stamp. It is so much fun to use ONE stamp in lots of different ways.
The scalloped mat is also cut from glassine paper. This is a really great surface even when not crumpled and distressed.
Now back to these stamps. You can always find these great stamps (and lots of inspiration) at Lisa Pace's blog. Click here for the link. You will NOT be disappointed. And of course you can order them online or pick them up at your local scrapbook store too. And a little birdie told me that her new Spring line is due out soon. WOO HOO!
I will be back tomorrow with another project to show you.
