I made this card for my littlest grandson. When he touched the felt heart, he said, "Oh, it's so soft." I love that!
To make the dotted banner behind my focal image, I used a Papertrey Ink die. It wasn't long enough....so I cut it into two pieces, so behind the circle area, there is no dotted paper. But that can just be our little secret!
I cut the three hearts using dies from Spellbinders. I used a vintage book page, patterned paper and felt. It made for nice texture on the card.
