Are you ready for my second sneak peek?  Joanna, the wildly talented owner of Inspired By Stamping is releasing NINE new stamp sets tomorrow. NINE!  

And that's not all!  She is also going to be offering beautiful silk flowers perfect for card making.  I can't wait for you to see the new flowers and all the stamp sets tomorrow.

Now for today's project......   I made the tag using Tim Holtz' Tag die.  And then I added the scallop at the bottom using one of the newer Spellbinder's border die sets.  

The stamp set I chose for this tag is called Cupcake Wishes.  It has the absolute cutest cupcake image and some great sentiments.  Oh- and those fantastic stars too!  I paper pieced the cupcake and then added red Stickles for the sprinkles.  Once I added the two rows of red bling, I decided it was cooked to perfection.
