Wow - the days just fly by, don't they?

And speaking of flying, I wanted to share this little art project with you.  Don't you just love that Tim Holtz Caged Bird Die? 

Before I cut my birdcage out I covered grungeboard with a vintage book page.  It went through the machine perfectly.

I cut the bird and brown flower from stiff felt and found they cut perfectly too.

As you can see, I had a lot of flowers in my stash that needed a home.  I just love the look of the pink flowers with the brown background.
