Happy Happy Friday!

Friday is a happy day because it leads to Saturday!  I am crafting with some friends tomorrow and really looking forward to that.

I am super excited to share today's card with you.  Earlier this month I was asked to join the Inspired By Stamping design team.  Joanna is a fantastic artist and she gifted us all with a stamp set of our choice. 

I selected the French Boutique set and believe me, it is not only versatile, but beautiful too.

I stamped the focal image with Versamark ink and then heat embossed it in black.  The image was so crisp when I finished.  I colored in the little flowers with a Spica glitter pen - red of course.

I haven't been able to let go of my Halloween paper pads yet, so I grabbed just a few sheets to make the card background.  I think it works.  Doesn't look Halloween-y at all to me.

I used a Spellbinders rectangle die to cut the main image and the red mat is from the Spellbinders Fleur de Lis Rectangles set.  I think I am loving the delicate look of it.

The sentiment is from the same stamp set.  Isn't it pretty on the double ended banner from PaperTrey Ink?  Then all it needed was a satin bow and some bling.  Done !

Tomorrow I'll be back with a new card to show you.  It will be a happy card - because it will be Saturday!
