I am excited to share with you my second card as a design team member for Cardabilities.
Cardabilities is the most wonderful sketch site. We release two sketches a month - on the 15th and 30th. You can always check right here for the current sketch or go to the website where all the sketches are archived.
Starting with a sketch is always a bonus for me. Less staring at my table, more creativity flowing.
Here is Sketch #42 and I hope you'll give it a try. Then you can upload YOUR card to the Cardabilities site to share with everyone.
At first I thought this would be super hard, but it wasn't. I just started layering and before you know it, I had a card I really did like.
I used the circle dies from Spellbinders and the open ended banner die from PaperTrey Ink to make my focal images.
Then I just added a bit of stuff from my stash to finish up the card.
I am excited to be on this great team and I hope you will give this sketch a try. I know you'll have fun working with it.
I'll be back here tomorrow with a masculine birthday card. And I hope I'll see you then.
