Oh the joy of just picking up a few paper scraps and making a card. I've been going through my 6x6 paper pads and giving them away after I feel I've used what I am going to use from them. I've learned I like the NEW - so once I've collected one too many pads of paper, I have to thin the herd. I am not even sure any more what 6x6 pad this paper came from - but it is the last of it I am sure. If there is any left - it is in my give away stack.
I made this the day I had my sticker box open. I also had my rubbon box open and that's how this card came to be. The stitches are rubbons and so is the focal image. Once I cut it out and matted it with dies from Spellbinders, the card was nearly finished. I just added the J O Y rubbon letters.
I love easy cards like this. Nothing fancy - but still a nice card to send.
I will be back tomorrow with another card. It is from a NEW paper pad - so hold on til then.
Oh - and if you want to see all of my August projects, they are in an album on our Facebook page now.
See you soon.
Susie
