Well, here we are in a whole new week.
This week I am going to show you some images from the fantastic artist Lori Boyd. I have fallen in love with her characters....each and every one of them.
Not only can you access her site by clicking on her name above, but I have added her banner to the right, so you can click on over whenever you want.
The dies I used to create this card are both from Spellbinders. One is the Classic Oval and the other is the Lacy Oval.
The lace flower is homemade. I found a scrap of green lace on my table and just rolled it up and glued it into the shape of a flower. I colored the seam binding with a Copic marker. Of course the image is colored with Copic too. Guess what else is colored with a Copic marker? The lacy oval. Yes, that's right. I didn't have the exact shade of blue for it, so I just colored in a piece of white cardstock with the darkest blue from the image and then die cut it. Perfect color match!
The felt border is one from my stash. I found it when I was cleaning last night. I could have cut a similar one from a die, but didn't need to this time.
I hope you have a wonderful day. I'll be back tomorrow with another fun Lori Boyd image and (of course) some dies.
