Seems I have always on the go. How 'bout you? I really need to catch up with some folks....so this card is going out to one of my sweet friends whom I've really been missing.
I used three dies on this card. The first was for the red focal image base. The stamped image and the sentiment really didn't fit into any standard size die I had, so I just used a Spellbinders Rectangle Die and layered the two pieces inside of it.
Do you like her outfit? I stamped the image on white and colored part of it in. Then I stamped the image again on two little pieces of patterned paper and cut them out to piece her clothing onto the original stamped image. I think she is adorable!
The image is part of a line at MFT Stamps called, "Who's That Girl?" There are lots of fun images in the line. This is the newest one.
The doily at the top is from PaperTrey Ink. I cut it in half and layered it under the red piece. The die at the bottom is a border die from MFT Stamps.
The red in the center of the card is just a few layers of paper tape. I could have used paper, but the tape was sitting on my table, begging to be used.
Whether you are driving, biking or walking this Memorial Day weekend, be safe and have fun.
I will see you back here tomorrow.
Susie
